Our team takes full responsibility for keeping your plants healthy, visually attractive and in excellent condition. Regular care includes all actions necessary to maintain plants at a high standard, such as:

• proper watering and moisture control,
• fertilisation,
• pruning and shaping,
• health checks and pest prevention,
• replacing plants that are no longer presentable.

For indoor plants, 100% of all maintenance is handled by Botano. Your team does not need to be involved at all.

The only exception concerns outdoor plants, which — especially during the Cyprus summer — may require daily watering. In such cases:

• daily watering is handled by the hotel or restaurant team,
• Botano provides clear watering instructions and a simple schedule,
• we monitor plant condition during regular weekly visits and adjust care when needed.

All other maintenance tasks, adjustments and decisions remain fully on our side.
